
Rebecca Ross
A native of Park City, Utah, Rebecca Ross joined Miller Law Group in 2016. After graduating from the University of Montana with Honors in Psychology and English, she returned to Park City to attend law school at the University of Utah. During her law school tenure, Rebecca served as judicial intern for the Honorable Keith Kelly, as an editor for the Journal of Law and Family Studies and President of the Women’s Law Caucus, worked extensively with Utah Juvenile Defender Attorneys, representing juvenile delinquency clients in Salt Lake County, and published a Note in the Journal of Law and Family Studies highlighting issues with domestic violence prosecutions in Utah’s Justice courts, titled Because There Won’t Be a “Next Time”: Why Justice Court is an Inappropriate Forum for Domestic Violence Cases. 13 J.L. FAM. STUD. 329 (2011).
Rebecca’s unique education and background in psychology and social work serves her clients well as they navigate the difficult emotional processes resulting from the legal system, particularly in criminal and family law matters. In addition to her drive and passion for achieving thoughtful resolutions for her clients, Rebecca remains active in the community. She is currently President-Elect of the Park City Bar Association, serves as a board member and counsel for the Community for Children’s Justice, a non-profit supporting the Summit County Children’s Justice Center, and was a member of Park City Leadership Class XXIII.
